Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, or infringe another person’s rights.

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase. Where required, a parent or guardian must make the purchase or provide the necessary authorization.

Digital products and orders

Our products are digital files; no physical items are shipped. Read each listing for the included files, dimensions, formats, compatibility and delivery arrangements. Made-to-order designs follow the scope and delivery date agreed for that order.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and the final amount must be shown before you confirm payment. Adding an item to your cart does not place an order. Where checkout is available, payment is handled securely by Stripe. ZIP files become available after payment is confirmed. Custom orders must be arranged with us before payment.

Before an order can be accepted, the checkout must present the seller’s details, total price, delivery terms, applicable policies and any legally required digital-delivery consent. A policy link alone does not replace these steps.

Your license

A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the supplied assets on channels, accounts or servers you own on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord and similar platforms, including monetized use. It does not transfer copyright or grant resale or editing rights.

Read the License & Usage page for permitted uses and restrictions. A custom commission follows the same license unless a different scope is expressly agreed in writing before purchase.

Free creative tools and your uploads

You may use our animator and resizer with artwork you own or are authorized to process. These tools do not grant permission to edit purchased streampackit assets or someone else’s work. You retain your rights in artwork you upload.

The tools process files on your device. Keep a copy of your originals and check the downloaded result against the platform’s current requirements. We do not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept every file or format.

Delivery problems and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains the limits on voluntary returns and the remedies available where the law requires them. Tell us if your order is not delivered, cannot be opened, or materially differs from its description. We will address the problem in accordance with the rights that apply to your purchase.

Our work and third-party platforms

We or our licensors retain rights in the website and supplied designs. Do not copy, resell, distribute, modify or claim ownership of them beyond the permissions expressly granted in your license.

Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, Etsy and other platform names belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. External platforms have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes, responsibility and applicable rights

We may update the website and these terms. The version presented when you purchase applies to that purchase; a later update will not retroactively reduce your existing rights. We may restrict misuse where lawful and proportionate.

Nothing in these policies excludes or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law, including where liability cannot be limited. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections or access to a competent court.
