Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord and similar platform use: allowed. Reselling, sharing the files and changing the artwork: not allowed.
What you receive
After a valid purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable channel-use license. Copyright and other ownership rights stay with us or our licensors. The license is for the purchaser’s own channels, accounts and servers; it does not allow you to supply assets to another customer or business.
You may
- Upload and display the supplied emotes, badges, overlays, alerts, screens and other purchased assets on your own Twitch, YouTube and Kick channels, Discord servers and similar platforms, within the product’s stated purpose and file compatibility.
- Use them in monetized streams and videos, including channels supported by subscriptions, advertising or donations.
- Let viewers use uploaded emotes and badges through the platform’s normal built-in features.
- Keep a personal backup of your purchased files. A platform may automatically scale or encode your upload for normal display.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, rent, give away, upload for public download or redistribute the files, individually or in a bundle.
- Share the download files with other creators, customers or businesses, or sell installation or design packages that include them.
- Edit, recolor, redraw, add to, remove from, animate or otherwise alter the supplied artwork or create derivative designs without our written permission.
- Use the assets on merchandise, stock-asset marketplaces, templates or other products offered for sale.
- Claim the artwork as your own, register it as a trademark, or claim exclusive ownership over it.
Custom commissions and free tools
A made-to-order product is not automatically exclusive and does not automatically include editing, resale or copyright-transfer rights. Any different rights must be expressly agreed in writing before purchase.
Our free animator and resizer can be used with your own artwork or artwork you have permission to change. The availability of those tools does not expand the license for assets purchased from streampackit.
Questions and misuse
If you are unsure whether a use is covered, contact us before using or modifying the asset. We may require unauthorized use or distribution to stop and exercise remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in these policies excludes or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
