Who is responsible

streampackit is operated by KRIENZY LLC.

Information you choose to provide

• Contact messages: your email address, subject, message and any order details you choose to include. The contact form sends your message through our server and Brevo to our support inbox. We reply to the email address you provide. It does not open an email app.
• Email updates: we use Brevo to collect newsletter signup requests and manage email updates. When you submit the signup form, your email address and ordinary request details are sent to Brevo. When the welcome offer is active, we send its coupon after you confirm your subscription. Follow the confirmation link sent to your email to complete signup. Submitting the form alone does not confirm your subscription.
• Browser preferences: saved assets, cart items and coupons are saved in this browser. You do not need a customer account to shop.

Checkout is not currently enabled on this website. Adding items to your cart does not send us a payment or place an order.

Contact form protection

To limit automated messages, our server keeps short-lived counters using a daily keyed hash of the sending IP address. It does not store your message or email in these counters. Counters expire after at most 24 hours and expired records are removed when the form next receives a request.

Images and creative tools

Images you select for the animator or resizer are processed in your browser. These tools do not upload the image files to our server. Generated downloads are created on your device. Temporary tool images are released when you leave the tool or close the page; any files you download remain wherever you save them.

Website requests and service providers

Loading the site sends ordinary web-request information, such as your IP address and browser/request details, to the hosting and security services that deliver it. This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. Those services may use logs or security/access technologies needed to operate and protect the site.

Our font and creative assets are served with the website. We do not load an advertising pixel or analytics tracker in the storefront. External social links open another service only when you follow the link, and that service’s privacy policy then applies.

Support email is routed by Cloudflare to our Brevo support inbox. Your email provider, Cloudflare and Brevo process the message for delivery and support handling. Our newsletter form contacts Brevo only when you submit it; it does not load Brevo advertising or analytics scripts on page visits. Brevo processes newsletter email addresses and confirmation records to manage subscriptions. See Brevo’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information or use contact requests for targeted advertising.

Why we use information

We use contact and order-related information to answer requests, provide requested services, resolve problems and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, this may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and protecting the service, balanced against your rights.

Marketing emails and optional offer storage rely on the relevant consent. Contacting us or making a purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent through an unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

Storage, retention and international processing

Browser preferences normally remain until you clear them, replace them or your browser removes them. Optional offer storage can be removed through Cookie preferences. Its 24-hour popup cooldown is a display rule, not an automatic deletion timer. Our record of your privacy choice is used for up to 180 days before we ask again. See the Cookie Policy.

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to address the request, deal with related disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use newsletter details while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we stop marketing to you; we may retain limited consent and unsubscribe records where needed to respect your choice or meet legal obligations. Hosting and email providers have their own retention practices; we do not promise a fixed retention period for their infrastructure logs.

Our business and service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements must be met; choosing a US company does not remove them.

Your choices and rights

You can change optional storage choices using Cookie preferences, clear this website’s data through your browser settings, and stop using the tools at any time. Clearing browser data also removes saved cart and favorites on that browser.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent privacy authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify the request before disclosing personal data.

The shop is not directed to children. Please do not send children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe it has been provided so we can address it.

We will update this page when our practices change, including before enabling payments or changing services in ways that materially affect how information is handled. The date above identifies this version.
